My journey started in my own therapistโs office. After growing up in a highly controlled religious environment, therapy helped me rebuild my identity and create a life that actually felt like mine. It wasnโt just helpfulโit was life-saving.
As someone who lives with ADHD, I also know how powerful it is to feel truly seen by a therapist who gets it. That โohโthis makes sense nowโ moment is what drew me to this field, and itโs what still fuels me.
In addition to my therapy practice, I also run an ADHD coaching business for professionals through Your Brainโs Bestie - offering practical systems, accountability, and support built around how neurodivergent brains naturally work.
I stay in this work for those breakthroughs: when a client starts working with their brain instead of against it, or begins to reclaim the parts of themselves buried under shame, fear, and โshoulds.โ
You can learn more about me and my therapeutic approach on my website. I look forward to working with you!

Sessions with me feel like a real conversationโwith someone who listens deeply, challenges you thoughtfully, and brings grounded tools to the table. I blend warmth with clarity, and Iโm not afraid to hold space for the hard stuff.
You donโt have to come in with it all figured outโbut I do ask that you show up knowing what feels most present that day.
Together, weโll explore the messy, layered, deeply human parts of youโwith curiosity, not judgment.
If youโre looking for someone who just nods and takes notes, I might not be your person. But if you want someone who meets you where youโre at and helps you make sense of it allโweโll probably get along great.

Iโm obsessed with sunsets and will absolutely point one out to you mid-session if thereโs a good oneโwe donโt miss beauty around here.
Past ADHD-fueled obsessions include octopuses and Scandinavian prison systems. I stay curious, always. -
โWhatโs underneath that? Can we get deeper?โ
