  • My journey started in my own therapistโ€™s office. After growing up in a highly controlled religious environment, therapy helped me rebuild my identity and create a life that actually felt like mine. It wasnโ€™t just helpfulโ€”it was life-saving.

As someone who lives with ADHD, I also know how powerful it is to feel truly seen by a therapist who gets it. That โ€œohโ€”this makes sense nowโ€ moment is what drew me to this field, and itโ€™s what still fuels me.

In addition to my therapy practice, I also run an ADHD coaching business for professionals through Your Brainโ€™s Bestie - offering practical systems, accountability, and support built around how neurodivergent brains naturally work.

I stay in this work for those breakthroughs: when a client starts working with their brain instead of against it, or begins to reclaim the parts of themselves buried under shame, fear, and โ€œshoulds.โ€

You can learn more about me and my therapeutic approach on my website. I look forward to working with you!

  • Sessions with me feel like a real conversationโ€”with someone who listens deeply, challenges you thoughtfully, and brings grounded tools to the table. I blend warmth with clarity, and Iโ€™m not afraid to hold space for the hard stuff.

You donโ€™t have to come in with it all figured outโ€”but I do ask that you show up knowing what feels most present that day.

Together, weโ€™ll explore the messy, layered, deeply human parts of youโ€”with curiosity, not judgment.

If youโ€™re looking for someone who just nods and takes notes, I might not be your person. But if you want someone who meets you where youโ€™re at and helps you make sense of it allโ€”weโ€™ll probably get along great.

  • Iโ€™m obsessed with sunsets and will absolutely point one out to you mid-session if thereโ€™s a good oneโ€”we donโ€™t miss beauty around here.

Past ADHD-fueled obsessions include octopuses and Scandinavian prison systems. I stay curious, always.

  •  โ€œWhatโ€™s underneath that? Can we get deeper?โ€
