My journey started in my own therapist’s office. After growing up in a highly controlled religious environment, therapy helped me rebuild my identity and create a life that actually felt like mine. It wasn’t just helpful—it was life-saving.
As someone who lives with ADHD, I also know how powerful it is to feel truly seen by a therapist who gets it. That “oh—this makes sense now” moment is what drew me to this field, and it’s what still fuels me.
In addition to my therapy practice, I also run an ADHD coaching business for professionals through Your Brain’s Bestie—offering practical systems, accountability, and support built around how neurodivergent brains naturally work.I stay in this work for those breakthroughs: when a client starts working with their brain instead of against it, or begins to reclaim the parts of themselves buried under shame, fear, and “shoulds.”

Sessions with me feel like a real conversation—with someone who listens deeply, challenges you thoughtfully, and brings grounded tools to the table. I blend warmth with clarity, and I’m not afraid to hold space for the hard stuff.
You don’t have to come in with it all figured out—but I do ask that you show up knowing what feels most present that day.
Together, we’ll explore the messy, layered, deeply human parts of you—with curiosity, not judgment.
If you’re looking for someone who just nods and takes notes, I might not be your person. But if you want someone who meets you where you’re at and helps you make sense of it all—we’ll probably get along great. -
I’m obsessed with sunsets and will absolutely point one out to you mid-session if there’s a good one—we don’t miss beauty around here.
Past ADHD-fueled obsessions include octopuses and Scandinavian prison systems. I stay curious, always. -
“What’s underneath that? Can we get deeper?”
