Don’t Just Take Our Word For It…..

Sarah G Otero | Couples therapist

Is this for us?

If you still care for each other but are stuck in repeat arguments, unsure how to get back on the same team, or want to strengthen the foundation of your relationship before a big life change—yes. You’ll leave each week with one simple tool to try before the next session.

The workshhop is led by Sarah G. Otero, MS, MHC-LP —a warm, real-talk therapist who’s spent the last four years helping couples turn tension into teamwork. Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, Sarah brings equal parts humor and honesty, guiding couples to understand their patterns and reconnect in ways that actually last.

This workshop will be practical, interactive, and fun - we’ll learn, laugh, and even watch a few relevant clips from Mean Girls and Ted (the foul-mouthed Boston teddy bear, not Lasso). You’ll have the chance to bond with couples who are dealing with the same relationship challenges you are. And drawing from my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, I’ll share tools that help you understand your patterns, communicate better, and reconnect in ways that last.

My goal is to help you breathe new life into your relationship and start fresh with tools that actually stick.

Questions or concerns? Email me at sarah@ditchthecouchtherapy.com - I'll get back to you within 2-3 of business days.
