  • I’m drawn to this work because I’ve been there—I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and alone. Therapy was a steadying anchor for me at different points in my life: as a teenager navigating big feelings with few outlets, as a young adult rebelling against family norms, and in my first serious relationship when I didn’t yet know how to communicate effectively. Each time, therapy gave me the grounding I needed to reflect, grow, and move forward.

I feel grateful to now offer that same space and support that I received to others.

  • In our work together, I can be a guide, a cheerleader, and a steady presence when things feel heavy. Therapy with me often includes both laughter and tears—digging into what’s really going on, and also getting practical with step-by-step skills you can integrate into your daily life. My hope is that it feels like talking to a real person, someone who truly gets it. And most importantly, that you feel less alone.

  • If it’s emo, alternative, or moody, I’m probably into it. Halloween and true crime are basically my year-round hobbies.

  • “The only way out is through.”
