I’m drawn to this work because I’ve been there—I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and alone. Therapy was a steadying anchor for me at different points in my life: as a teenager navigating big feelings with few outlets, as a young adult rebelling against family norms, and in my first serious relationship when I didn’t yet know how to communicate effectively. Each time, therapy gave me the grounding I needed to reflect, grow, and move forward.
I feel grateful to now offer that same space and support that I received to others.

In our work together, I can be a guide, a cheerleader, and a steady presence when things feel heavy. Therapy with me often includes both laughter and tears—digging into what’s really going on, and also getting practical with step-by-step skills you can integrate into your daily life. My hope is that it feels like talking to a real person, someone who truly gets it. And most importantly, that you feel less alone.

If it’s emo, alternative, or moody, I’m probably into it. Halloween and true crime are basically my year-round hobbies.
